Traditional therapy focuses on diagnosing and treating mental health conditions, often exploring the past to understand the present. Coaching often focuses on goals, strategy, and actions to drive forward movement.

If you're experiencing severe depression, PTSD, suicidal ideation, or other clinical mental health concerns, I recommend therapy with a licensed mental health professional as your first step.

My work integrates therapeutic support with coaching anchoring. We address the wounds, trauma, and patterns that therapy explores, while also supporting you in building the life you're moving toward. I use multiple modalities (e.g. mindfulness, energy healing, Brainspotting, hypnotherapy, intuitive guidance) to work at levels that talk-based approaches alone often can't reach.

This is transformational healing work and it’s for individuals who need more than insight or strategy, and desire profound change at the deepest levels.

I work alongside therapists when clients have one, and I refer therapy when clinical mental health treatment is needed.

Everything we discuss is confidential. I do not share client names, information, or any identifying details without explicit permission.

Records are handled through a secure, international client health information protection compliant system.

You also choose the mode of communication we use for sessions - phone, Zoom, Telehealth platform, in-person, etc.

Our first session is a confidential consultation serving as an opportunity for us to get to know each other, explore what you're navigating, and determine whether working together is the right fit.

I'll ask about what brought you here, what you're hoping to shift or heal, and what you've already tried/what’s working and what’s not.

We'll also discuss how I work, which modalities might be most helpful for your journey, and what an engagement might look like.

There's no formulaic timeline. Most clients engage for 6 months to a year. Some return periodically as new transitions or challenges arise.

The length depends on what you're navigating, how deep the work needs to go, and what pace feels right for you.

We'll discuss this in our initial consultation and revisit it regularly as we work together.

Investment to work 1:1 starts at $15,000 and is reflective of the level of personalization, expertise, attention, and transformation possible in working together.

Total investment will be based on the scope, structure, and length of our engagement.
